3. Account Authorization

You may only connect or publish to social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your connected accounts, tokens, credentials, and platform permissions.

4. Platform Rules

You agree to comply with all applicable platform rules, including the rules, terms, policies, and developer requirements of Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and any other connected service.

EvoMuse does not guarantee that any platform will accept, publish, distribute, recommend, or monetize any content.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing content before publication when review is enabled or required.

  • Ensuring that content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

  • Ensuring you have rights to any uploaded or referenced media.

  • Avoiding spam, deceptive behavior, impersonation, infringement, harassment, or unlawful content.

  • Keeping credentials and access tokens secure.

  • Monitoring connected accounts for errors, restrictions, warnings, or platform enforcement actions.

6. AI-Generated Content

EvoMuse may generate content using AI systems and third-party generation services. AI-generated content may contain errors, artifacts, unexpected results, or similarities to existing content.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding whether it is suitable for publication.

EvoMuse does not guarantee specific likeness, quality, engagement, follower growth, revenue, monetization, or platform performance.

7. Content Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain ownership of content, prompts, brand assets, reference images, and media you provide.

Generated outputs may be used by you subject to the terms of any third-party tools or platforms involved in generating or publishing the content.

You grant EvoMuse the limited permission needed to process, store, generate, transform, schedule, and publish content according to your instructions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use EvoMuse to:

  • Violate laws or platform rules.

  • Publish spam, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive content.

  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or privacy rights.

  • Impersonate real people without authorization.

  • Harass, exploit, threaten, or abuse others.

  • Generate or publish illegal sexual, violent, hateful, extremist, or otherwise prohibited content.

  • Attempt to bypass platform safety systems or access controls.

  • Use unauthorized accounts, stolen credentials, or accounts you do not control.

9. Third-Party Services

EvoMuse may rely on third-party services, including social media platforms, cloud providers, AI generation providers, media processors, and website hosting providers.

Those services may have their own terms, costs, limits, outages, review processes, and enforcement rules. EvoMuse is not responsible for third-party service failures, pricing changes, API limitations, or platform enforcement actions.

10. Publishing and Scheduling

EvoMuse may schedule or publish content through authorized integrations. Publishing may fail due to API errors, missing permissions, expired tokens, file issues, platform restrictions, rate limits, or other causes.

EvoMuse may log publishing attempts, success/failure status, timestamps, platform responses, and related metadata for troubleshooting and audit purposes.

11. Fees and Costs

Some features may require paid third-party services, API credits, cloud storage, media hosting, or platform fees. You are responsible for any costs associated with your own connected services, subscriptions, API usage, or infrastructure.

12. No Guarantee of Results

EvoMuse does not guarantee followers, engagement, reach, views, revenue, sponsorships, monetization, platform approval, or account growth.

Any performance estimates or automation plans are informational only.

13. Availability

We aim to keep EvoMuse reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed at any time due to maintenance, bugs, infrastructure issues, platform API changes, or third-party outages.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal risk, compromise security, or use the service in a way that could harm EvoMuse, users, platforms, or third parties.

You may stop using EvoMuse at any time.

15. Disclaimer

EvoMuse is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoMuse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, account restrictions, or platform enforcement actions.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EvoMuse from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your accounts, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
