If you visit our website, Squarespace or similar hosting/analytics tools may collect basic website usage data such as page views, browser type, device type, and approximate location.

4. Social Media Platform Data

When you connect a social media account, EvoMuse only uses platform data for authorized functions such as preparing, scheduling, publishing, and tracking content for accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

We do not sell platform data. We do not use connected account data to build unrelated advertising profiles. We do not access direct messages, comments, insights, or other account data unless that access is explicitly enabled and required for a supported feature.

5. Access Tokens and Credentials

EvoMuse may store access tokens, account IDs, API keys, or other credentials needed to operate connected integrations. These credentials are used only to perform authorized actions.

You should not send passwords, access tokens, secret keys, or private credentials through public forms, emails, or chat unless specifically instructed through a secure process.

6. AI-Generated Content

EvoMuse may use artificial intelligence and third-party generation services to create or transform media. Inputs may include prompts, captions, brand/persona guidelines, reference images, generated outputs, and related metadata.

Private reference assets, including identity or character reference images, are used only for content generation workflows and are not intended to be published directly unless explicitly selected as final content by an authorized user.

  • Social media platforms you authorize.

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers.

  • AI generation and media processing providers.

Generated content, logs, queue files, publishing receipts, and feedback records may be retained until deleted by an authorized operator.
